Gramercy Christian gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out the Epiphany Falcons 3-2. The score was all tied up 1-1 at the break, but Gramercy Christian were the better team in the second half.

Lincoln Overall and Jason Deal scored all three of Gramercy Christian's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Epiphany now has a losing record of 2-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Gramercy Christian will host Trinity Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The match will give Gramercy Christian their first taste of in-conference action this season.
