Football Recap: Yorktown Huskers vs. Rye Garnets
After soaring to 41 points the game before, Yorktown was a bit more limited in their matchup on Saturday. They were outmatched by the Rye Garnets and fell 42-13. While losing is never fun, the Huskers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York football rankings (they are ranked 55th, while the Garnets are ranked eighth).

Yorktown wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 14-7 win against Mahopac on the 10th. As for Rye, they have also already played their next contest, a 48-23 victory against Eastchester on the 10th.
