Mechanicsburg faced Central Dauphin in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Wildcats walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Rams. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 back in August.

Mechanicsburg was especially dominant in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 20-25, 25-15, 25-21.

Mechanicsburg has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-1-1 record this season. As for Central Dauphin, their loss dropped their record down to 6-3.
