Denver West smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in seven consecutive matchups.

Meanwhile, Rocky Mountain Prep SMART came up short against DSST: College View on Wednesday, falling 85-59.

Rocky Mountain Prep SMART's loss dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Denver West, they pushed their record up to 14-0 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.

Everything came up roses for Denver West against Rocky Mountain Prep SMART when the teams last played back in January of 2024, as the team secured a 69-22 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Denver West since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
