Wyoming East had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the eight-run drubbing they dealt Mount View on Tuesday. The Warriors blew past the Golden Knights 11-3. The Warriors haven't had any issues with the Golden Knights recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

Carli Raye made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She didn't allow a single earned run while striking out six over five innings pitched. She also put up three hits, which were her first of the season. She was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 2-for-2.

In other batting news, Kaydee Shrewsbury and Alivia Monroe did most of the damage at the plate: Shrewsbury scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-3, while Monroe scored three runs while going 3-for-4. Shrewsbury also put up a triple, which was her first of the season.

Wyoming East's win bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Mount View, their loss dropped their record down to 4-3.
