Richardson has won four straight games at home, while Lake Highlands has won four straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Friday. The Eagles will welcome the Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Richardson proved they can win big last Friday (they won by 58) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They pulled ahead with a 28-27 photo finish over Dallas Jesuit.

Richardson had a senior duo take command as Dameon Crowe picked up 184 receiving yards and three scores and Lucas Sawyer threw for 379 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 11.8 yards per attempt. Sawyer is becoming a predictor of the Eagles' success: when he posts at least three passing touchdowns the team is 4-1 (and 1-2 when he doesn't). Zach Breazeale handled things on the ground, rushing for 101 yards.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lake Highlands). They took their matchup on Thursday with ease, bagging a 63-14 victory over Nimitz. With the Wildcats ahead 49-7 at the half, the game was all but over already.
