Mishawaka Marian has gone 7-2 against Culver Academies recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Knights are taking a road trip to face off against the Eagles at 7:30 p.m.

On Friday, Mishawaka Marian had to suffer through a 72-35 loss at the hands of South Bend Saint Joseph. The defeat continues a trend for the Knights in their meetings with the Huskies: they've now lost three in a row.

Mishawaka Marian's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Kariya Byer, who dropped a double-double with 14 points and 11 rebounds, and Elle Boser, who posted seven points and 14 boards. Byer has been hot, having posted ten or more boards the last seven times she's played.

Meanwhile, Culver Academies had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 26 points) and they went ahead and made it six on Saturday. They came within six points of losing the streak, but they secured a 49-43 W against the Wildkats.

Culver Academies' win bumped their record up to 8-3. As for Mishawaka Marian, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-3.

Mishawaka Marian took a serious blow against Culver Academies in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, falling 69-36. That game was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Knights were down 41-21.
