Football Game Preview: Kelly Walsh Trojans vs. Natrona County Mustangs

Kelly Walsh hasn't had much luck against Natrona County recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Trojans will face off against the Mustangs at 5:00 p.m. Kelly Walsh has given up an average of 31.5 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Friday, Kelly Walsh ended up a good deal behind East and lost 35-17.

Meanwhile, Natrona County faced Laramie in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Mustangs came out on top against the Plainsmen by a score of 24-14. The victory was some much needed relief for the Mustangs as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Natrona County now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Kelly Walsh, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5.

Kelly Walsh ended up a good deal behind Natrona County in their previous matchup back in November of 2024, losing 28-10. Can the Trojans avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
