Soccer Recap: Williston Comes Up Short

Williston fell victim to Buchholz and their airtight defense on Thursday. They came up short against the Bobcats, falling 8-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Williston of the 2-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January.

Williston's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Buchholz, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Williston will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Eastside at 5:00 p.m. on the 17th. As for Buchholz, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Vanguard at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
