Volleyball Recap: Penn Yan Academy Takes a Loss

Penn Yan Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Waterloo Tigers. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, with their most recent loss being a 3-0 defeat last Tuesday.

Penn Yan Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Waterloo, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-8 record this season.

Penn Yan Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Waterloo, they will square off against Hornell at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
