Basketball Game Preview: Condon Blue Devils vs. Mitchell/Spray/Wheeler

Condon hasn't had much luck against Mitchell/Spray/Wheeler recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Blue Devils will venture away from home to challenge Mitchell/Spray/Wheeler at 6:00 p.m. Neither Condon nor Mitchell/Spray/Wheeler posted many points in their last games, so it might be the defenses that decide this one.

Condon's last matchup with Ione/Arlington could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's contest on Tuesday. The Blue Devils were dealt a 49-15 defeat at the hands of the Cardinals.

For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Mitchell/Spray/Wheeler and Sherman meet (five straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Saturday. Mitchell/Spray/Wheeler had to suffer through a 55-24 loss at the hands of Sherman.

Mitchell/Spray/Wheeler's loss dropped their record down to 6-13. As for Condon, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-15.

Condon couldn't quite get it done against Mitchell/Spray/Wheeler in their previous meeting back in January as they fell 28-15. Can the Blue Devils avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
