Basketball Game Preview: Wagoner Bulldogs vs. Inola Longhorns

The Wagoner Bulldogs will venture away from home to face off against the Inola Longhorns at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Wagoner is headed into the game having just suffered their biggest loss since January 17th on Friday. They were outmatched by Sequoyah and fell 63-31. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 127th, while the Indians are ranked 14th).

Meanwhile, Inola was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 64-40 to Adair.

Inola's loss dropped their record down to 7-13. As for Wagoner, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-10.

Wagoner strolled past Inola in their previous meeting back in January by a score of 46-32. The rematch might be a little tougher for Wagoner since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
