Basketball Recap: Cache Takes a Loss

Cache saw some tournament action on Friday. They took a 50-46 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Carnegie Wildcats. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Carnegie found their leader in freshman Andrew Mossman, who went 7-for-16 en route to 22 points and five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Hudson Harrison, who shot 42% from the field to rack up 14 points and five boards.

Cache's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Carnegie, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.

Coming up, Cache will be home for the holidays to greet Weatherford at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Carnegie, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 65-59 win against Blair on the 13th.
