Volleyball Recap: Houston Christian Comes Up Short

Houston Christian's tournament run continued when they took on Waller on Friday. The Mustangs fell 2-0 to the Bulldogs.

Houston Christian was the model of consistency in the loss, scoring 19 points in every single set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-19.

Houston Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Waller, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-3 record this season.

Houston Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Klein Collins on the 23rd. As for Waller, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Cypress Falls on the 22nd.
