Softball Recap: Brush Beetdiggers vs. Lyons Lions
Brush was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 6-1 to the Lyons Lions. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Beetdiggers of the 6-2 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2023.

Brush will square off against Rocky Ford at 11:00 a.m. on Friday. As for Lyons, they will be staying on the road on Monday to face off against The Academy at 3:30 p.m. Lyons is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 11 runs per game this season.
