Volleyball Recap: Gilmer Comes Up Short

Gilmer was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Armuchee Indians. If the Bobcats were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Indians when the teams met back in August of 2015, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Gilmer now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Armuchee, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Coming up, Gilmer will welcome Dawson County at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Armuchee, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Dalton on the 12th.
