Coronado had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Classical Academy Caimans on Friday. The victory continues a trend for the Islanders in their matchups with the Caimans: they've now won five in a row.

Coincidentally, Coronado and Classical Academy will both be playing Rancho Bernardo the next time they take the court. The Caimans will head out to face the Broncos at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Islanders will play them later in the day, at 5:00 p.m.
