Baseball Recap: Lewiston-Porter Lancers vs. City Honors Centaurs

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Lewiston-Porter walked away with it. They came out on top against the City Honors Centaurs by a score of 5-0 on Saturday. Winning may never get old, but the Lancers sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

The result came thanks to Michael McIntyre's shutout, as he gave up just a hit and racked up ten Ks. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Lewiston-Porter is 2-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 3-7 otherwise.

Lewiston-Porter's victory bumped their record up to 5-8. As for City Honors, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-3.
