University Lab won against Catholic - N.I. on Saturday with five runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Saturday. University Lab beat Catholic - N.I. by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 5-4. Winning may never get old, but the Cubs sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

University Lab's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 15-7. As for Catholic - N.I., this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 13-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. University Lab will host Port Allen at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Port Allen will roll in looking for their 12th straight win, something University Lab surely won't give up without a fight. As for Catholic - N.I., they will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Riverside Academy at 4:30 p.m.
