Redwood waltzed into their match on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Tehachapi Warriors by a score of 2-0. The Rangers were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Warriors, so the Rangers were just returning the favor.

Katelynn May paced Redwood's offense, picking up ten kills. May got some help from Elise Minnick and her 11 assists. Lana Alipaz controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Redwood's victory bumped their record up to 10-11. As for Tehachapi, they moved to 8-8 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Redwood has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Stockdale on the 13th. As for Tehachapi, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Monache on the 13th.
