Volleyball Recap: Central Cass Takes Down Ranked Kindred

Central Cass faced Kindred in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Squirrels came out on top against the Vikings by a score of 3-1. The Squirrels have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Vikings, too.

Central Cass pushed their record up to 4-3 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Kindred, their loss ended a four-match streak of away wins and brought them to 6-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Central Cass will square off against Wahpeton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Kindred, they will venture away from home to face off against Lisbon at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday.
