Basketball Recap: St. Teresa Falls Short of Argenta-Oreana in the Playoffs

St. Teresa and Argenta-Oreana squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but St. Teresa had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Argenta-Oreana Bombers by a score of 60-58. The Bulldogs just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

St. Teresa's defeat dropped their record down to 3-27. As for Argenta-Oreana, they have been performing well recently as they've won 12 of their last 16 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-13 record this season.

St. Teresa does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Argenta-Oreana, they will venture away from home to challenge Mt. Pulaski at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
