Volleyball Recap: Miller School of Albemarle Mavericks vs. Tandem Friends Badgers
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against North Cross, Miller School of Albemarle was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They came out on top against the Tandem Friends Badgers by a score of 3-1. The victory was some much needed relief for the Mavericks as it spelled an end to their four-match losing streak.
Miller School of Albemarle had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 15-25, 25-16, 25-21, 25-21.
