Volleyball Recap: Omro Comes Up Short

Omro was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Florence Bobcats.

Scarlett Poppy paced Omro's offense, picking up three kills. Poppy got some help from Reagan Reiter and her four assists.

Omro's loss dropped their record down to 6-20. As for Florence, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-9 record this season.

Omro didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-2 win against Winnebago Lutheran Academy on the 30th. As for Florence, they have also already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Crandon on the 2nd.
