The Chelan Mountain Goats are taking a road trip to face off against the Manson Trojans at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Chelan has given up an average of 30.8 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Chelan is headed into Friday's matchup looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight games on Friday. They took a blow against Okanogan, falling 56-26.

Manson played against Lake Roosevelt on Saturday and won via forfeit.

The win made it two in a row for Manson and bumps their season record up to 2-3. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 13 points in those games. As for Chelan, they now also have a losing record of 2-3.

Everything came up roses for Chelan against Manson when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as the team secured a 41-6 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Mountain Goats since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
