Dougherty Valley came tearing into Friday's matchup with six straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 28.2 points) and they left with even more momentum. They breezed by the California Grizzlies to the tune of 73-44. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 36-14.

Despite the loss, California still got an impressive performance from Emeka Ifediora, who posted 14 points. Another player making a difference was Anish Chilikuri, who put up eight points.
