Riley Spencer had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 196 yards and two scores. Those 196 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.

Meanwhile, Frankfort didn't have quite enough to beat DuQuoin on Friday and fell 30-28. The defeat continues a trend for the Redbirds in their meetings with the Indians: they've now lost three in a row.

Frankfort's loss dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Benton, their win bumped their record up to 6-0.

Everything came up roses for Benton against Frankfort when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as the team secured a 62-18 victory. In that contest, the Rangers amassed a halftime lead of 43-6, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Saturday.
