The Shady Side Academy Bulldogs will square off against the Quaker Valley Quakers at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Quaker Valley will be up against a hot Shady Side Academy squad: the team just extended their winning streak to five. Everything went the Bulldogs' way against Seton LaSalle on Monday as they made off with a 4-1 victory. That's two games straight that Shady Side Academy have won by exactly three goals.

Meanwhile, Quaker Valley made easy work of Highlands on Monday and carried off a 5-1 win. Given Quaker Valley's advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania soccer rankings (they are ranked 93rd, while Highlands are ranked 301st) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Shady Side Academy's record is now 11-4-2. As for Quaker Valley, their record now sits at 16-2-1.
