Lincolnview had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They blew past the St. John's Bluejays 3-0 on Saturday. The win continues a trend for the Lancers in their matchups with the Bluejays: they've now won nine in a row.

Lincolnview's got stronger as the match went on, holding St. John's to fewer and fewer points set over set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-10, 25-9.

Lincolnview's offense was headlined by Brooklyn Byrne and Kara Suever, who picked up six kills apiece. They got some help from Makynlee Dickinson and her 24 assists.
