Volleyball Game Preview: Kenesaw Blue Devils vs. Gibbon Buffaloes

The Kenesaw Blue Devils will take on the Gibbon Buffaloes at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Kenesaw will be strutting in after a win while Gibbon will be coming in after a loss.

Kenesaw picked up another tournament win on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over Wauneta-Palisade.

Meanwhile, Gibbon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to Sandy Creek. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Buffaloes have suffered since September 11th.

The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-6, 25-15.

Gibbon's defeat dropped their record down to 1-16. As for Kenesaw, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season.

Kenesaw took their win against Gibbon when the teams last played back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Blue Devils repeat their success, or do the Buffaloes have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
