Softball Recap: Sabetha Comes Up Short

After flying high against Royal Valley on Monday, Sabetha came back down to earth. The Bluejays came up short against the Silver Lake Eagles on Thursday, falling 8-1. The Bluejays haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Erin Boltz was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one home run.

Sabetha now has a losing record of 11-12. As for Silver Lake, their record now sits at 6-1.

While Sabetha had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
