After losing to Grady the last time they met, Springer decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Red Devils put the hurt on the Bronchos with a sharp 3-0 win on Saturday.
Brenna Duran paced Springer's offense, picking up 12 kills. Duran got some help from Abigail Eppler and her 22 assists. Esperanza Tafoya controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.
Springer now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Grady, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-2.
