Connor Davis, Reading's leader in runs on the season, led the team again on Monday. Davis was dialed in as he got on base in four of his six plate appearances with four runs, two triples, and five RBI. Considering he played a big game the last time he faced off against Deer Park on Wednesday, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock. Davis has become a key player for Reading: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two runs, but 2-3 otherwise.

Looking ahead, Davis and Reading will venture away from home to square off against Bethel-Tate at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The last time Davis took on the Tigers, he went a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs, two doubles, and one stolen base. Can he match (or beat) that stellar performance?
