Basketball Recap: Bethel Academy's Winning Streak Snapped at Three Games

Bethel Academy lost against Prince George's Christian Academy back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Bethel Academy Blazers took a 67-60 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Prince George's Christian Academy Flyers. The Blazers' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Bethel Academy's loss dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Prince George's Christian Academy, their victory was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 16-9.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Varsity Opponent the next time they take the court. Prince George's Christian Academy will host Varsity Opponent at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while Bethel Academy will host them at 6:00 p.m. on February 8th.
