Soccer Recap: Buchtel Wins Going Away Against Firestone

Buchtel's game on Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Firestone Falcons as they made off with a 5-1 win.

The victory got Buchtel back to even at 1-1. As for Firestone, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season.

Firestone will square off against St. Vincent-St. Mary at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Buchtel will be paying especially close attention to the Falcons' contest: after the Falcons face off against the Fighting Irish, they'll take on Buchtel again at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
