Football Game Recap: O'Connell vs. Legacy Prep Christian Academy

Legacy Prep Christian Academy got themselves on the board against O'Connell on Friday, but O'Connell never followed suit. Legacy Prep Christian Academy claimed a resounding 44-0 win over the Buccaneers. That's another feather in the cap for the Lions, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.

Legacy Prep Christian Academy's victory brought them up to 3-6. The Buccaneers still haven't won a contest and fell to 0-8.

The Lions will take on Brazos Christian at 7 p.m. ET next week. The Lions will be hoping to continue their now four-game streak of scoring more points each game than the last. O'Connell will be staying on the road, facing off against Sabine Pass. O'Connell is the favorite here -- although they were the favorites in their last matchup, too, so the odds might count for a little less.
