Basketball Game Preview: San Diego Vaqueros vs. Aransas Pass Panthers

Aransas Pass is hoping to do what Orange Grove couldn't on Friday: put an end to San Diego's winning streak, which now stands at four games. San Diego blew past Orange Grove, posting a 64-34 victory. The Vaqueros have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matches by 23 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Aransas Pass). They breezed by Odem to the tune of 65-16 on Friday. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Panthers with their most commanding win of the season.

Aransas Pass pushed their record up to 9-10 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.3 points per game. As for San Diego, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season.
