Aidan Weatherhead Delivers Best Effort of Season
On Friday, Winchester Community got the W thanks in part to Aidan Weatherhead playing the best football he has all season. Weatherhead rushed for 190 yards and five touchdowns on only 13 carries. The performance marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in October of 2023.
If history really does repeat itself, Weatherhead might just drop another big game when he faces off against Union City on Friday. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Weatherhead saw the Indians), he rushed for 111 yards and five touchdowns on only 12 carries.

Creech Posts Huge Game in 56-20 Win
Colton Creech was instrumental in extending Northeastern's winning streak to eight on Friday. Nobody could stop Creech as he picked up 169 receiving yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 44 yards and a touchdown.
Northeastern pushed their record up to 8-0 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Creech and Northeastern will challenge Hagerstown at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Dylan Ross and Co. Win Eighth in a Row
Dylan Ross's big game helped extend Northeastern's winning streak to eight on Friday. Ross rushed for 182 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 8.7 yards per carry, and also picked up 39 receiving yards, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
On the year, Ross has averaged 31 receiving yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he had four rushing touchdowns. This year he is already up to eight.
