Basketball Game Preview: Putnam County Panthers vs. Hall Red Devils

The Putnam County Panthers are taking a road trip to face off against the Hall Red Devils at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Putnam County will come in still looking for their first win of the season.

Putnam County saw some tournament action on Saturday. They took a 43-39 hit to the loss column at the hands of Earlville.

Meanwhile, Hall was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Saturday as they fell 51-47 to Coal City. The Red Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Putnam County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Hall, their loss dropped their record down to 7-7.

Putnam County couldn't quite finish off Hall when the teams last played back in January of 2024 and fell 55-53. Can Putnam County avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
