Irmo is 8-2 against Chapin since January of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Irmo Yellow Jackets will welcome the Chapin Eagles at 6:00 p.m.

Irmo is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 65 points on Tuesday, they were much more limited against White Knoll on Friday. They came up short against the Timberwolves, falling 46-24.

Meanwhile, Chapin hadn't done well against River Bluff recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. Chapin walked away with a 54-45 win over River Bluff.

Irmo's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 10-7. As for Chapin, their victory was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 9-10.

Everything came up roses for Irmo against Chapin when the teams last played back in December of 2023, as the squad secured a 45-17 win. Will Irmo repeat their success, or does Chapin have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
