Basketball Recap: Boiling Springs Extends Winning Streak to Five

Boiling Springs had won four straight games and Ethan Yenser did his part to make it five on Monday. The Boiling Springs Bubblers snuck past the Northern York Polar Bears with a 63-58 victory thanks in part to Yenser, who posted 23 points. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 15.6 points per game.

Another player making a difference was Brandon Ascione, who earned 15 points. The game was his fourth in a row with at least ten points.

Boiling Springs pushed their record up to 5-0 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Northern York, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Boiling Springs and James Buchanan will face off at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday without much rest having both just played. As for Northern York, they will square off against Waynesboro at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
