Basketball Recap: Maple Shade Comes Up Short

Maple Shade was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Palmyra Panthers 45-4. The match marked the Wildcats' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Maple Shade's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Palmyra, their win was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Maple Shade will venture away from home to square off against Bordentown at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Palmyra, they are taking a road trip to face off against Burlington Township at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
