Softball Recap: Hill Comes Up Short

Hill was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 21-8 to the San Jose Bulldogs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Falcons of the 27-16 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Hill's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for San Jose, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season.

Hill will square off against Overfelt at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for San Jose, they will take on Silver Creek at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. San Jose is facing Silver Creek at the right time seeing as Silver Creek is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
