Soccer Recap: Chapman Comes Up Short

Chapman was the 2-0 winner over James F. Byrnes when they last played one another back in March of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Chapman Panthers lost 6-1 to the James F. Byrnes Rebels on Saturday. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Chapman's loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Chapman wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Greenville H on the 1st. As for James F. Byrnes, they will look to defend their home pitch on Wednesday against Wade Hampton at 7:00 p.m. Wade Hampton's last three matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
