Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask James Logan). They blew past the Washington Huskies 17-1 on Tuesday. Considering the Colts have won seven matchups by more than five  runs this season, Tuesday's  blowout was nothing new.
 Gabriella Garcia was  incredible,  going a perfect 1-for-1 with one  home run, two  runs,  and one  stolen base. That  stolen base marked the first that  she has  snagged this season.  Ava Medellin was another key player,  going 1-for-2 with two  runs, one  stolen base,  and one  double.
 They weren't the only ones making solid contact: James Logan  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 13  hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Washington only managed six  hits.
James Logan's victory bumped their record up to 14-6-1. As for Washington, they have  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost nine of their last ten contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-13 record  this season.
 James Logan will host Irvington  at 4:00  p.m.  on Thursday. The Colts are facing the Vikings at the right time seeing as the Vikings are stuck on  an  eight-game losing streak. As for Washington, they will head out to  challenge Newark Memorial  at 4:00  p.m.  on Thursday. The Cougars will roll in looking for their  ninth straight  win, something the Huskies surely won't give up without a fight.
