Basketball Recap: Redlands Adventist Academy Takes a Loss

Redlands Adventist Academy's tournament run continued when they took on Chisholm Trail Academy on Thursday. The Redlands Adventist Academy Bulldogs fell 51-41 to the Chisholm Trail Academy Blazers.

Chisholm Trail Academy was led to victory by Max Castro and Jadon Henderson. Castro dropped a double-double on 19 points and ten rebounds, while Henderson went 5 for 12 en route to 14 points and eight boards. That makes it four consecutive games in which Castro has scored at least a third of Chisholm Trail Academy's points. Another player making a difference was Jorge Pena, who posted six points.

Redlands Adventist Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Chisholm Trail Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 14-8 record this season.

Redlands Adventist Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 44-27 defeat against Takoma Academy on the 23rd. As for Chisholm Trail Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 48-40 win against Macedonian Christian on the 24th.
