Soccer Recap: Russellville's Losing Streak Snapped at Four Games

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against West Morgan, Russellville was happy to have turned things around on Monday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Lawrence County Red Devils a 2-0 shutout. The victory was some much needed relief for the Golden Tigers as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Russellville's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-4. As for Lawrence County, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-5.
