Corning won the last time they faced Colusa and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Cardinals walked away with a 4-2 win over the RedHawks. Given Corning's advantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked eighth, while Colusa are ranked 329th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Alidio Diaz and Osbaldo Flores scored all four of Corning's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 13 goals.
