Basketball Recap: Robertson Finds Playoff Glory Versus St. Michael's

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Robertson had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They walked away with a 58-46 win over the St. Michael's Horsemen. The Cardinals haven't had any issues with the Horsemen recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Jesse James Gonzales was his usual excellent self, going 8-for-16 en route to 23 points and seven assists. The matchup was his fourth in a row with at least 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of George Smith, who shot 42% from the field on his way to 13 points and five rebounds.

Robertson's record now sits at 28-4. As for St. Michael's, they moved to 24-7 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

As of now, neither Robertson nor St. Michael's have any future games scheduled.
