Basketball Game Preview: Wall Hawks vs. Blanco Panthers

The Wall Hawks will face off against the Blanco Panthers at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Wall will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak.

Last Tuesday, Wall earned a 62-52 victory over Cornerstone Christian.

Meanwhile, Blanco played a tough match on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They lost 38-14 to Llano.

Despite the loss, Blanco saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Ashton Uballe posted seven points. Uballe is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last 11 games she's played. Another player making a difference was Kinley Boyd, who earned seven points.

Wall's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 22-8. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.0 points per game. As for Blanco, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-24.
